What is a Pre purhase inspection?
A pre purchase inspection is a building inspection that is undertaken when purchasing a property to make sure that the property you are investing in is structurally strong and that there is no hidden defects or faults which may have been missed during the open inspection of the property that you intend to purchase. Pre purhase building inspections can save you money in the long run. We recommend that a Pre purchase building inspection be undertaken before the purchase of the property to avoid any costly problems in the long run and to make sure that you know what you are buying before it is too late.
